I-352, Immigration Bond

 

Instructions:

Purpose of Application: This form is used to contract with an individual who has guaranteed that an alien either (1) will appear as required at a specified location, (2) will voluntarily depart the United States by a certain date, or (3) will not become a "public charge".

Number of pages: 5. Note: The person filing the bond should make two additional copies each of Pages 3 and 5. The original is for the applicant, one copy is for the obligor, and one copy will be retained by INS.

Size (in inches): 8 1/2 by 11

Filing Instructions: This form is filed at the District or Sub-Office having jurisdiction over the area in which the alien being bonded resides. The bond is to be executed either by an acceptable surety company (one that appears on a current Treasury Department Circular 570) or any other party who deposits United States bonds or notes or cash as security for performance and fulfillment of the terms of the bond.
